Annual Review and Awards 2026

On the 12th June, we held our Annual Review and Awards event, where we celebrated our achievements both individually and as a business.

It was a pleasure to bring together colleagues from across our different companies in one room, sharing ideas and reconnecting with those we don't encounter on a daily basis.

Our directors reflected on our achievements and shared their strategies for the future. As Director Vicky mentioned, "while last year we celebrated our 150th anniversary by looking back on our history, this year is about looking ahead to our future."

Saving the best until last, we had many colleagues across the group who won Long Service Awards (We’ll be posting more about this later on), and our 150 Excellence Awards, which we started awarding last year as a chance for our teams to nominate their colleagues and recognise them for all their hard work.

We also would like to congratulate Josh, our Apprentice of the Year for 2026!
