Lunch & Learn

This week’s Lunch & Learn session was delivered by an Admiral Nurse from Dementia UK. The session forms part of our ongoing series of internal events and reflects our continued support of this incredible charity.

The talk provided valuable insight into the more in-depth aspects of caring for someone living with dementia. It also created a safe and open space for colleagues to share personal experiences, ask questions and deepen their understanding.

Twiddle Blankets

Several colleagues from Neville Funerals have been knitting and crocheting wonderful twiddle blankets. These tactile blankets can provide comfort, stimulation and a calming focus for individuals living with dementia and others who benefit from sensory support.

The blankets were donated via Dementia UK and shared with The Memory Tree, where they will support those who need them most.If you would like to donate wool, or know of an organisation that would benefit from receiving twiddle blankets, please do get in touch.
