Shine a Light: Christie Holgate

At Neville Trust, many vital roles happen behind the scenes — and this month we’re celebrating one of them.

Our Shine a Light feature goes to Christie Holgate, who has been with us as an Assistant Accountant for 5 years and 8 months. During her time here, Christie has grown her role from focusing on Neville Funerals to contributing across all areas of the company. She also took on payroll responsibilities in Neville Funerals and supported new starters in their transitions.

Christie shared some highlights from her journey: 

“Speaking with the Ministers/Celebrants — I’ve built some really good relationships with them.” 

“Being given the opportunity to learn Payroll, something I had never done despite working in Accounts for over 20 years!”

Teamwork is one of our core values at Neville Trust, and Christie embodies it daily: 

“In the accounts team we all communicate and get along well, we help each other when needed… and we enjoy plenty of tea & biscuits!” ☕🍪
